EIGHT STEPS FOR HAPPINESS

Sometimes,there may be things happening,which don't always make you happy.
In those cases,you should give yourself some time,for example; to meditate,to heal your soul or to feel happier.I think I have the cure for the moments that you feel useless,alone or desperate.

Just do all of the steps and the possibility of this functioning is 90 percent!

1-After a stressful job appliance,or a day full of exams when you get home you should put on some comfortable clothes.

2-Then you should eat something sweet only if you are hungry,and even if you are on a diet don't skip this step because when you eat chocolate it is scientifically proofed that you are more happier.(If you don't want to give your diet up,then eat chocolate with zero calories,still makes you happier!)

THE MORE CHOCOLATE YOU EAT,THE HAPPIER YOU WILL BE!

3-If you love using social media such as Twitter,Facebook,Snapchat or Instagram etc.,then spend half an hour on social media.

4-Don't meet any friends,your girl/boyfriend because they may be the ones that you are having problems with and seeing them just worsens the situation.

5-Before sleeping,use a little bit of your good smelling body lotion and spread it with circular motions through your arms,legs,foot,hands and chest.For example I have  my body lotion which smells like eucalyptus.

6-While applying your body lotion,you can have the lights off and instead,you can light as many candles as you wish.

7-If you share the house with someone,ask one of them to massage you and then apply the lotion.

8-With your muscles relaxed by the massage and the beautiful smell of your body lotion,you can go to bed and have a good sleep,and wake up to a happy morning!
